Please join the Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness for weekly, 30-minute mindfulness meditations in the warm, inviting environs of The Ark.
This practice has no religious affiliation. Instruction provided by experienced mindfulness meditation teachers.
No experience necessary. Appropriate for beginners or experienced meditators.
*Please note: Due to construction, meditation sessions will be moved to The Neutral Zone, 310 E. Washington, from November 29 – December 20. There will be no sit on December 27, and sessions will resume at The Ark on January 3.
