Merchants in the Main Street area have decided to once again fund a direct mail route from Ann Arbor to the North Pole!
Santa’s mailbox will be open for wish lists on Friday, November 24th, in front of Conor O’Neill’s (318 S. Main St.). All letters received by December 17th will be answered. Please remember to include your return address.
Get into the holiday spirit before your Thanksgiving feast. Run, walk or crawl with the whole family! Strollers are welcome but please leave your 4-legged friends at home. The Tot Trot 1K is perfect for the little ones (ages 10 & under), and the 5K is fun for the whole family. Hot chocolate at the finish line, pictures with Santa and Turkey Tom, a fun course and a fun afterparty!
All participants receive a long sleeve cotton festive T-Shirt. CUSTOM medals to all 5k finishers, festive medals to all Tot Trot 1K finishers.
The Ann Arbor Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot is proud to be supporting the ChadTough Foundation this year! A portion of all entry fees will go to the ChadTough Foundation and you are also able to make additional donations with your race registration!

It’s our 17th annual Treat Parade in downtown Ann Arbor! Main Street area merchants welcome your little costumed characters to the neighborhood with greets and treats. Black and orange balloons will fly from participating businesses. Join the fun from 11am to 5pm.
Visit the Ann Arbor District Library at 343 S. Fifth Ave. for a Halloween Party that includes stories, puppets and trick-or-treats. Show times at 10:00AM and 11:30AM.
Stop by 306 S. Main, where our friends at the Ann Arbor Police Department will be handing out police badges, and Safe Kids Huron Valley will be handing out glow in the dark bracelets for evening trick-or-treating safety.
You will find participating businesses on Main, Liberty, Washington, Huron, Ashley, Fourth, and Fifth Streets. See the full list of participating businesses below, or view the Treat Parade Map.
