11:30 AM | Meet at the Ann Arbor District Library for the much-anticipated Costume Parade, for the parade line up on Liberty.
12:00 PM | The parade begins at the intersection of Liberty and 4th Ave, led proudly by the Ann Arbor District Library, and makes its way to Main Street.
12:15 – 1:30 PM | Trick or Treating with the Ann Arbor Police Department on Main Street and participating downtown businesses.
1:30 PM - 3 PM | Join us for Spooktacular Activities on Main St., where fun and excitement await everyone.
Spooky Dancing with DJ Ron Don & Whoa Silent Disco
